The approach sets the tone immediately with sculptural olive trees arching over a lantern-lit garden path, limestone underfoot, and steel-framed glass doors revealing a softly illuminated interior beyond. There is a quiet gravity to the architecture, with every proportion and material choice curated with intention. Inside, lime-washed walls, limestone flooring, and custom oak paneling create a layered, tactile depth where light lingers and moves with the day. The home unfolds effortlessly, with each stone-encased threshold revealing thoughtfully composed living and entertaining spaces, finished with immaculate attention to detail. The kitchen is the heart of the home, anchored by a Wolf range, integrated Sub-Zero appliances, and a striking L'Atelier Paris range set against marble surfaces and artisan tilework. Fixtures are carefully selected, allowing stone, wood, and texture to carry the narrative throughout. Living spaces are immersive and atmospheric firelight against carved stone, linen drapery diffusing golden light, floor-to-ceiling windows capturing greenery from every angle. Multiple lounge areas across levels create a rhythm of gathering and retreat: a piano room and bar wrapped in antiqued mirrors, an upstairs den overlooking the grounds, and intimate seating vignettes that feel curated rather than staged. The lower level shifts into a more enveloping mood, where reclaimed brick and beam ceilings frame a wine room, built-in bar, and a private theater designed for complete immersion. Beyond, a dedicated wellness suite complete with steam, sauna, gym feels transportive, as though carved from stone.The primary suite is its own sanctuary. A custom fireplace and wet bar ground the space, while dual spa baths clad in marble, limestone, and European hardware continue the home's bespoke language of material richness. Outdoors, architecture and landscape dissolve into one another. A manicured lawn meets still water at dusk, the facade reflected in the pool's surface.
